Paul Cherniack. Both the lawyer, John Liquori, 59, and his wife, Cindy Liquori, 55, died from gunshot wounds to the head, said a spokesman from the chief medical examiner’s office in Farmington. John and Cindy Liquori, who live at 900 Suffield St. in Suffield, were found dead on a bed inside Cindy’s mother’s home at 33 Dale St. around 6 p.m. Friday after police received a 911 call reporting the incident., police said.

John Liquori had been a practicing lawyer for nearly 32 years and worked out of his Suffield residence, according to his LinkedIn profile.

John Liquori, 59, and Cindy Liquori, 55, both of 900 Suffield St., were found dead inside the Windsor Locks residence at 33 Dale St. around 6 p.m. Friday after police received a 911 call reporting the incident. Online voter registration and Windsor Locks property records indicate the ranch-style, two-bedroom home is owned by Cindy Liquori’s mother, Clair R. Palmer, 77, who bought it in 1990. Police vehicles converged on the home Friday night, saying only that they were investigating an incident. On Saturday, they announced it was a murder-suicide and a day later released the names of the couple.
