BATON ROUGE, La. – The Louisiana Department of Public Safety and Corrections (DPS&C) – Corrections Services officially welcomed 17 new Probation and Parole Officers to the Department after they took the oath of office Friday morning during a swearing in ceremony at the Department of Public Safety & Corrections Headquarters in Baton Rouge. Department of Public Safety and Corrections Secretary Jimmy Le Blanc provided the graduates with a virtual address, and Probation and Parole Director Bobby “Jamie” Lee Jr. addressed the graduates before administering the oath of office.
