This offseason, the Las Vegas Raiders lost some key contributors from 2020. They also improved their roster in some areas with key free-agent signings, as well as through the 2021 .

We know the Las Vegas Raiders will have a tough schedule in 2021 as their slate is routinely considered the hardest (or second hardest) in the NFL.
Of course, the difficulty starts in the division. The AFC West has a chance to be extremely strong in 2021. In fact, CBS Sports has ranked the eight divisions going into the season and has the AFC West ranked third.
The AFC West trails only the NFC West (ranked No. 1) and the AFC North (No. 2). That creates an another problem for the Raiders. The AFC, as a whole, is stronger than the NFC.

The Athletic dropped an interesting nugget Monday when it reported that the Las Vegas Raiders’ expect undrafted free agent wide receiver Dillon Stoner to make the 53-man roster.
It’s fascinating that the team thinks an undrafted rookie will make the roster this early in the process. Clearly, Stoner must be standing out in the OTA sessions. Related
But there is a long way to go. He will need to shine throughout training camp and in the preseason. Additionally, Stoner’s journey is interesting because the Raiders have a crowded group at wide receiver. It will be difficult for any undrafted player to crack the 53-man roster at wide receiver. The Raiders will probably keep six receivers, perhaps they can carry seven if it is warranted, but that’s pretty rare and would take away from another spot on the roster.
2021 Raiders 53 man roster. Predictions By W1NNG on May 14, 2021, 4:25pm PDT +
Good Afternoon Nation! After a busy off-season with Free Agency and Draft, I thought it might be fun to put together a potential 53 man roster to help put focus on the coming camp battles ahead to the team as a whole. Minus Injuries, AR type trades, or surprise camp ballers the following is my guess at our eventual 53 man roster. Starters in Bold, rookies with . Many players identified as Cut will end up on the practice squad, but for simplicity I marked this as a single category. Apologies in advance if I missed anyone (lot’s of walk-ons and depth players this year) and welcome the feedback.
