Officially, according to the U.S. Constitution and federal law, the presidential election is noon Monday. Ohio s 18 presidential electors, of whom two are from Stark County, are scheduled then to convene in the Ohio Senate chambers in Columbus. It s no mystery whom they ll vote for president: Donald Trump. On Election Day on Nov. 3 and in early voting, Ohioans didn t technically vote directly for a presidential candidate. They voted for a slate of 18 presidential electors chosen by the state political party of the presidential candidate. Trump s slate of electors defeated the slate of electors for Democrat Joe Biden by about eight percentage points or about 475,000 votes in Ohio.

(WAFF) - Unfortunately, COVID-19 has left North Jackson High School without cafeteria workers. So, the administration team is stepping up to serve some meals. All four cafeteria workers at North Jackson High School have tested positive for COVID-19. They are currently in quarantine at home. Principal Josh Harding said this is the second time his cafeteria staff has been out since the pandemic started.
