Coronavirus NSW: What $65 a day will buy you in hotel quarantine

What does $65 per person a day buy in food? For most of us, it would be a generous budget. For those in mandatory hotel quarantine, it might yield little more than a serve of cereal, a pre-packed beef sandwich and a frozen beef curry with a handful of peas. Rinse and repeat with a slight variation on the theme for 14 days. Or they could luck out and receive three gourmet meals a day prepared in the hotel kitchen or a nearby restaurant.
