Spotting the bear displays was the big buzz,” Wrighter said of the worldwide trend last year popularized on social media. Wrighter, a 45-year-old COVID-19 survivor who spent nine days in Falmouth Hospital last spring, has started her own window-display campaign to signal the arrival of vaccines and, hopefully, the end of the pandemic.
