Pacific Grillers, Team Tunu, Chef Taga and Team Outrigger, Team Asu Smokehouse, Chef Mark Curry and Team Pacific Islands Club, Chef Georgii and Team Russia, Chef Lee and Team Korea, as well as the reigning overall Champion Grill Master, Chef Peter Duenas and Team Meskla will compete in three different BBQ categories – Beef, Chicken and Pork. Representatives selected by the Micronesian Chefs Association (MCA) will judge the competition with over $4,000 in prize money and coveted trophies at stake.
