How to get involved in 2021 s Clean Up Australia Day

Premium Content Subscriber only Residents, schools and businesses in the Gladstone region are being encouraged to get stuck in this Clean Up Australia Day, with various events taking place this week. Business Clean Up Day (2 March), School Clean Up Day (5 March) and the official Clean Up Australia Day (7 March) are taking place across the region. Gladstone Regional Council encouraged residents to take pride in their region and register online to participate in 2021 Clean Up Australia Day activities on Sunday, March 7. Gladstone Region Councillor Darryl Branthwaite said the community could register with a group by visiting the Clean Up Australia Day website (www.cleanupaustraliaday.org.au).

Exchange Club names Emma Pfaff and Allison Sterling as January students of the month Written By: Wendy Reuer | × Sheyenne High School West Fargo Sheyenne High School Student of the Month for January is Allison Sterling. Sterling’s parents are Jim and Elizabeth Sterling, and Allison was nominated for West Fargo Exchange Club’s Student of the Month by Nathan Schleicher. Sterling was committed to several different sports during high school including soccer, dance and gymnastics. Although she currently is not participating in those extracurriculars, she is currently a pole-vaulter for the Sheyenne Track and Field team. Sterling uses the time she used to spend in the gym to dedicate her time to several different clubs: Student Council, HOSA, Key Club and the Academic Team.
