Bucks wakes up to light covering of snow | Bucks Free Press

Bucks has woken up to a light covering of snow today - the same day that many pubs have been looking forward to welcoming punters back to their gardens.  Many areas, including Stokenchurch, Princes Risborough, Wooburn Green, Holmer Green, Flackwell Heath and Marlow saw a covering of snow overnight.  Chiltern Weather Alerts said showers formed into a larger area of sleet and snow overnight, giving a slight covering in some parts of the county. The snow is not expected to stick around, the team said - which will be good news for the pub landlords who have been eagerly counting down to today when they can reopen their beer gardens.
