The swearing-in ceremony will take place at 9 AM.  After getting the Governor s invitation to form government, Stalin on Thursday evening released a list of 34-member cabinet, retaining senior leaders like Duraimurugan along with 15 ministers for the first time. The list, containing names and portfolios of the ministers, was sent to the Governor for his approval and it was approved.
