ENHYPEN has scored another major milestone as a rookie group with their comeback album BORDER: CARNIVAL ! In particular, the new boy group has entered the Billboard 200 for the first time in six months since their debut.

ENHYPEN Becomes the First Rookie Group to Debut on Billboard 200
On May 24, Billboard announced via Twitter the debuts on the Billboard 200 chart for the week dated May 29. One of the albums is a release by a Korean rookie group, none other than ENHYPEN.
Baekhyun is one of the many K-pop stars whose childhood includes learning a particular sport.
Starting when he was in nine years old, he spent nearly nine years on honing his skills in hapkido - a Korean martial art in a form of self-defense that involves kicks, grappling, joint locks, punches, throwing tactics, and other attacks.
In a national championship competition, EXO s main vocalist managed to receive a third dan black belt and a gold medal. Not to mention, he has won several gold medals at various hapkido competitions. Baekhyun even became a martial arts master and taught younger trainees!

On May 7 KST, it was reported by media outlets that according to Gaon Chart, ENHYPEN s BORDER: CARNIVAL, which was recently released on April 26, ranked first on their monthly album chart in April - after only five days of sales on May 1.
In addition, BORDER: CARNIVAL also topped the weekly album chart on the 18th week of 2021 (April 25 to May 1).
The total albums sales for BORDER: CARNIVAL until April 30 was more than 520,000 album copies, making it the highest and best-selling album from January until the end of April among all the male groups and singers who released an album this year.

BTS s disco-pop song added more than 6.69 million streams in Oricon s recent weekly streaming chart that was gathered by the Japanese music chart from April 19 to April 25. This 6.69 million addition allowed Dynamite to hit more than 306.5 million streams in total, according to Big Hit Music.
