Gravells Kia Narberth has picked up the brand s Customer Experience accolade at its 2020 Dealer Excellence Awards. The award recognises the effort made by Gravells during 2020, based on customer focus and satisfaction. The dealership, headed by its general manager Ian Gravell, was commended by Kia for its work to ensure customers and staff were kept safe and essential services were Covid-secure.
Readers have responded to news that Jessie McCarron, from Mirehouse, an employee of West Cumberland Hospital, is organising a summer ball for staff at the hospital, to give them something to look forward to. After doing several fundraising events in the past for hospital wards and patients at the West Cumberland Hospital, she now thinks it is time that staff are rewarded. She has secured the Marchon Club venue for free, on July 17, and is now appealing for anyone that is willing to volunteer their time and do a gig for a staff ball to come forward. She is also asking local businesses if they would like to donate items for raffle prizes, or give any party essentials such as food for the buffet, flowers and balloons.
