The Church, an Arts Center in Sag Harbor, Is Opening
Starting April 15, daily tours of the center, founded by Eric Fischl and April Gornik, will be offered Thursdays through Mondays.

The Church, a nonprofit arts center in Sag Harbor, N.Y., founded by the artists Eric Fischl and April Gornik, will begin to welcome visitors on April 15. Two tours of the center, a former Methodist church built in 1832, will be offered daily, Thursday through Monday.
“This opening is the culmination of the vision of a lifetime,” Fischl, a longtime resident of the area, said in a statement. “We want the Church to stand as a beacon of hope and renewal through continual exploration and reinterpretation, which is the domain of the arts.”

Boar s Head Can t Cut Off Workers Disability Suit
Law360 (February 10, 2021, 8:11 PM EST) Two workers who say Boar s Head fired them for not calling out sick while they were hospitalized can move forward with their state law disability bias suit, an Arkansas federal judge ruled Wednesday, finding their claims against the deli meat maker were similar and plausible.
U.S. District Judge Kristine G. Baker denied a motion to dismiss and sever Sarah Cochran and Tiffany Ward s claims against Boar s Head for violating their rights under Arkansas disability bias laws.
