SAN ANGELO, Texas The San Angelo Police Department is asking the public for help locating a wanted suspect.
According to an SAPD Facebook post, Bianca Eszquiverl, 23, has warrants of arrest for motion to revoke - injury to a child and possession of controlled substance under penalty group 1.
There could be a reward for information on her whereabouts.
The SAPD is reminding residents to never try to apprehend a suspect themselves because it could be dangerous.
SAPD Identifies Victim in Monday s Fatal Crash
SAN ANGELO, TX – The SAPD has identified the woman who was killed in Monday s fatal crash on N. Chadbourne.
According to the San Angelo Police Department, on Jan. 26, a San Angelo man responsible for yesterday’s deadly collision in the 1900 block of North Chadbourne has been arrested. Steven Baros, age 32 of San Angelo, has been charged with State Jail Felony Possession of Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1 and Second Degree Felony Evading Arrest Detention Causing Death.
Baros was arrested and transported to the Tom Green County Jail after his release from an area hospital where he was treated for injuries he sustained in the crash. Baros is being held without bond.
Biker Badly Injured in Overnight Crash While Evading Police
SAN ANGELO, TX – A biker was hospitalized Tuesday morning after he crashed into the back of a Mustang while attempting to flee from San Angelo Police Officers.
According to the SAPD, on Jan. 12, just after 12:00 a.m., officers were dispatched to the 2700 block of West Avenue N for the report of a major motor vehicle crash involving a motorcycle and passenger car.
Upon arrival, officers located a 28-year-old male biker suffering from incapacitating injuries. The man was transported to a nearby hospital for treatment. The two occupants of the passenger car were treated for non-incapacitating injuries at a nearby hospital before being released.
San Angelo Police Officer Arrested for DWI
SAN ANGELO, TX – A veteran San Angelo Police officer was arrested for driving while intoxicated in December. Here is the statement from the San Angelo Police Department:
Just after 1:15 a.m. on Sunday, December 13, 2020, an off-duty San Angelo Police Officer was detained during a traffic stop that was conducted by the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) near Mile Marker 470 on US HWY 87.
During the traffic stop, the DPS Trooper that conducted the detention noted the driver had indications of possible intoxication. The DWI investigation resulted in the arrest of 33-year-old Dakota Martin for the charge of Driving While Intoxicated first offense. Further inquiries regarding the arrest should be directed to the Texas Department of Public Safety.
