Northwest Michigan Health Services is holding several coronavirus vaccine clinics next week.
They say it’s their mission to reach the more rural areas of Michigan and reach out to the farming community and migrant workers, especially with the delta variant quickly spreading.
Here’s a list of clinics that offer walk-ins:

Updated: 12:49 PM PDT Jul 8, 2021 KCRA Staff An excessive heat warning has been issued for the Sacramento region from Friday afternoon through Monday evening amid forecasted triple-digit temperatures. According to the current forecast, Sacramento could see temperatures at or above 100 degrees for five days. The heat will spike over the weekend with afternoon temperatures around 110 degrees both Saturday and Sunday.People are advised to avoid strenuous activities during the heat of the day, stay hydrated and keep cool. Meanwhile, Thursday and Friday are spare the air days for the Sacramento region, where air quality is forecast to be unhealthy for sensitive groups. Drivers are asked to cut back on driving. Brighstone Community Library Marks A Decade Since It Was Saved From Closure

Volunteers in Brighstone are celebrating ten years since they managed to rescue the community library from being closed with a one-off event this weekend.

In 2011 the Isle of Wight Council attempted to close nine libraries across the Island but volunteers stepped in to rescue the one in Brighstone, and several others across the Island.
Libraries in Shanklin, Niton, East Cowes, Bembridge and Brighstone are community libraries that were rescued by locals.
