GUWAHATI: Doctors in Guwahati have suggested different home remedies to fight Covid-19, which is causing anxiety and depression among people.
Dr Anupal Kumar Sarma, additional superintendent, Mohendra Mohan Choudhhury Hospital, said people can defeat the lethal virus easily just by following the Covid-19 protocols properly. “People should use face masks, santisers and maintain social distancing not only in Covid-19 situation, but in every situation. That’s habit which can protect us from other diseases also,” he added.
He suggested a nutritious and balanced diet for a strong immunity. “Moreover, I would suggest people to remain hydrated by consuming sufficient water, especially at this time when summer has started. Staying hydrated and nutritious and balanced diet are the keys to fight against any virus,” he said.
