Date Time Police execute search warrants after racist graffiti in Calamvale Park Detectives from the Counter-Terrorism Investigation Group investigating racist and neo-nazi graffiti spray painted in a Calamvale park in February, last week executed a number of search warrants. Police will allege between February 3 at 6pm and February 4 at 6am, the footpath at the Calamvale District Park was spray painted and a racist banner was attached between two trees. A number of items of interest were seized after police executed three warrants on Brisbane’s southside on Friday (April 9). At this time, no charges have been laid and investigations are ongoing.

Police responding to fatal traffic crash at Allora

The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating a single vehicle fatal crash at Allora overnight. Initial investigations suggest around 11.45pm (April 11) a sedan was travelling south on the New England Highway when it lost control and rolled several times before hitting a light pole near Warwick Street. The driver and sole occupant of the vehicle, a Darling Downs man in his twenties, died at the scene. Investigations are continuing. /Public Release. Police seek help to find missing boy at Cloncurry

Police are seeking public assistance to help locate missing 12-year-old boy in Cloncurry. The boy, pictured, was last seen by a member of the community around 10.15am today (Monday, April 12), however has not been located or contacted family since 10pm on April 10. Police and family hold concerns for the boy’s welfare due to his age. The boy was last seen wearing a grey tshirt, yellow shorts, baseball cap and sneakers. /Public Release. Date Time Police update 1: Charges, homicide investigationin Brisbane City Detectives have charged two teenagers following the death of a 16-year-old boy in Brisbane City on Thursday night (April 8). Police today executed two separate search warrants in Brisbane’s North and subsequently arrested two teenage boys at both addresses. A 16-year-old Mango Hill boy has been charged with one count of murder and a 17-year-old Wooloowin boy has been charged with one count of accessory after the fact to murder. Both teenagers have been denied police bail and remanded in custody to appear in the Brisbane Children’s Court. Police will allege that around 8pm on April 8 an altercation occurred between two 16-year-old boys, which resulted in one of the teens sustaining a fatal stomach wound.
