William A. Evans, 53, is facing charges of reckless endangerment, terroristic threats, simple assault and discharging a firearm in an occupied building. The incident started as a domestic dispute that escalated to the point of an assault and threats on the 500 block of Creekside Lane in Warwick Township, according to the Northern Lancaster County Regional Police Department.
