The NFL s offseason has been, well, interesting to say the least. It s seen a lot of free-agent movement, big trades, and a draft that some would argue wasn’t all that fantasy-friendly (at least for 2021). Just ask anyone who was high on Travis Etienne!
So, which offenses have seen the biggest transformations and figure to see new players in more prominent roles next season? Who figures to benefit or suffer in terms of offensive chances? Well, this is your one-stop-shop for answers to those questions.

• OK, I still need coffee. Nevertheless, this rookie class has meeting the positive vibes. It obviously starts at quarterback. But Teven Jenkins is already coming off as someone who is balancing a fun personality behind a mic with having a mean streak on the field. Dazz Newsome seems playful, intriguing, and curious about what his future holds. Khalil Herbert, Thomas Graham Jr., and Larry Borom are motivated late-round picks who have something about them that should pique your interest. Even Khyiris Tonga’s climb from BYU to the NFL makes him a fun seventh-rounder to follow. In other words, bring on all the hype videos featuring all the rookies.

Bears safety Eddie Jackson is changing his jersey number.
Starting this season, Jackson will wear No. 4, the same number he donned when he played at Alabama. Jackson, who’s worn No. 39 throughout his NFL career, was allowed to switch after the NFL relaxed its jersey number rules earlier this offseason.
The Bears announced Thursday that new running back Damien Williams will wear No. 8, while receiver Marquise Goodwin will wear No. 84 and receiver Damiere Byrd No. 10.
Receiver Javon Wims changed his number to No. 15 and cornerback Artie Burns changed his to No. 25.
The Bears announced two weeks ago that rookie quarterback Justin Fields will wear No. 1. Rookie tackle Teven Jenkins, the team’s second-round pick, will wear No. 76. Rookie running back Khalil Herbert will wear No. 24; cornerback Thomas Graham will wear No. 27; tackle Larry Borom will wear No. 75; receiver Dazz Newsome will wear No. 83; and nose tackle Khyiris Tonga will wear No. 95.
The season of talent acquisition has nearly passed for NFL teams.
Some will go into OTAs and minicamp and determine they need to add a low-priced free agent who are still on the market.
Virtually every single player left unsigned by the end of OTAs is someone hoping to find a job and be paid, not someone who can make a big impact.
There are always a few big-contract guys who slip through the cracks and must take a one-year offer for lesser money.
By and large, teams have their rosters and barring a late unusual trade like the Bears pulled off in 2018 with Khalil Mack, or someone being cut and then added, the rosters will be set.
