Well, the bay bridge toll plaza metering lights have perhaps turned on in the last couple of minutes. I do see some slowing at the toll plaza, brake lights. As we look at the toll plaza itself the middle lanes are the first to stack up right on schedule. As we look at the map its not as severe as we often see. The move today forces businesses in most california counties to either further limit indoor capacity take business outside or shut down altogether by tomorrow night so here locally all 9 bay area counties are either in the purple or red tears on the states covid and san Mateo San Francisco counties have increased as well but theyre not in that worst purple tier. Theyre now just a stalled out in the red tier, sonoma napa contra costa alameda and santa clara counties are in the most restrictive widespread. Purple state here. Dan has advised congress on defense issues. I was a colleague of his at crs for several years.
