PerthPerth, TASPerth, WA’s home value index added 0.8 per cent in April, marking the ninth consecutive month of price increases for the Western Australian capital, new data from CoreLogic revealed. In the months since August 2020, Perth’s home value index added 9.1 per cent, increasing by 5.9 per cent in 2021 alone. Analysing the figures, REIWA president Damian Collins said they’re a testament to the strength of Perth’s local market, which didn’t buckle amid the Easter and Anzac public holidays, including another COVID-induced lockdown.

Five-year-old boy may be in danger after vanishing with his father

A manhunt is underway for a five-year-old boy who police say could be in danger after he vanished with his father. Cecil John Edgill, 33, was last seen in Gosnells, in the southern suburbs of Perth, on Sunday night. Police believe his son Romeo is with him and are concerned for the little boy s safety. Police appeal for information about missing father and son

A father and son reported missing from Western Australia s Gosnells area have been located. Police issued an alert on Monday, asking for information on the whereabouts of the man and his five-year-old son, who was last seen on Sunday.
