The Reds beat the Swans on penalties after a 2-2 draw in Cardiff in the 2006 League One play-off final. He told the Chronicle: “All the other clubs in the play-offs are miles bigger than Barnsley, in terms of budgets. But, on form, you would have to back Barnsley to go all the way.
