Allen County Commissioners dismiss Child Services Board President By Trevor Hubert - thubert@limanews.com LIMA The Allen County Board of Commissioners moved to dismiss the President of the Allen County Children Services Board on Wednesday morning. All ACCS board members are appointed to their positions by the Allen County Commissioners. “The appointments that we make to these boards, we tell them in interviews, and we can’t stress it enough that every board member that serves in this county through an appointment is an extension of the three of us,” said Commissioner Beth Seibert. “That’s why when this came to our attention, we had to take an action of consideration that brought us to today.”
