Police have identified the man who drove all the way from North Carolina to see a woman he met online only to be found passed out drunk in Port Huron with four loaded guns, drugs and his 11-year-old son in the car, authorities said.

Facing off in a ring and exchanging blows isnât for everyone, but combat sports like boxing are much more than throwing punches.
Boxing teaches discipline, as students strive to master technique and get better as athletes in an activity perfect for those not meant for team sports.
âI feel like for anybody, combat sports is something good to learn, whether you ever compete or not,â Jeff Lewis said.
Lewis is one of the instructors at No Excuses Boxing and Fitness, located at 405 Rainbow Road, Sevierville.
The students taking boxing, including four who recently competed in fights in Alabama, are diverse. A sport traditionally thought of as a manâs competition even has young girls taking up the challenge at No Excuses.
