Rose s new redesign in Street Fighter 5 has made the character the most interesting she s ever been in terms of the tools available at her disposal, but that s not the only intriguing thing about the fortune teller this time around.
Capcom has released Rose s official character introduction guide that showcases all of her special abilities, but also answers some questions from the development team that appears to confirm she s already time traveled in the past.

Capcom Fighting All-Stars was a game that was being developed by ex-SNK employees who joined Capcom in the early 2000s who wanted to make a quick impression on the rest of the company. To save time, 3D assets from the development of the cancelled Capcom vs. SNK 3 who imported into Capcom Fighting All-Stars. Inevitably, this idea would also be scrapped due to numerous issues.

Back in 2018, we received word that Capcom vs. SNK 3 might ve been in development at one point. Right before Fighting All Stars got started, there was another fighting game that got stopped during development. said former King of Fighters series director Toyohisa Tanabe during an interview with Takayuki Nakayama on Capcom s Shadaloo C.R.I. website.
