But for the purposes of this list, we ve limited the definition of the genre to focus exclusively on those all-consuming stories that drive you to marathon-viewing multiple, terrifying tales. You know, those whodunnits â or more often, those why d-they-do-its â that plunge you into a rabbit hole of armchair psychology, amateur sleuthing, and nonfiction nightmares.

Broker confidence and cases handled significantly up: Imla

Confidence in the mortgage industry among brokers and the number of cases they handle both rose significantly in the first quarter of this year.
Research from the Intermediary Mortgage Lenders Association (Imla) found that 96% of mortgage intermediaries are confident in the industry’s future, with 97% confident about the intermediary sector. As many as 99% saw a positive outlook for their own business.
The trade association’s latest report also recorded a 14% increase in the average annual number of cases handled by individual intermediaries between Q4 2020 (78) and Q1 2021 (89).
The American Rivers Conference announced its 2021 Men’s Tennis All-Conference Awards with three members from Wartburg recognized for their performances this season.
Junior Lucas Huffman returned to the All-Conference team in both singles and doubles. Freshman Jackson Fells joined Huffman on the All-Conference Doubles team while fellow classmate Cade Davis was named All-Conference Honorable Mention.
