Clare Bothmann, a 98-year-old former dairy farmer, is the first person to move into The Residences at Brownesholme. The aged care community’s inaugural Residential Manager, Jane Mackney, welcomed Clare and her visiting family and shared a special morning tea to celebrate the historic occasion.

Randy was hired as an entry level appraiser in September 2000. He had worked in the prior five (5) years as a realtor. He served as a Section Leader for five (5) years. In 2013, he was appointed to Residential Manager by the former The Honorable Assessor of Property George Rooker. Randy has worked tirelessly as the Residential Manager assisting the then Assessors and now me, Assessor of Property Vivian Wilhoite, in every aspect of the Reappraisal process from management to audit reports to o

professional workforce to new heights for self-empowerment.
In its move to embrace new waves of teaching and prepare its workforce for the
opening of the new Tourism Academy, Flavien Joubert, the Principal of the
Seychelles Tourism Academy, gave his blessing for three of his in-service staff
to proceed on overseas attachments and to continue learning. Marion Etienne,
head of the Academic Program, left Seychelles on Monday, September 8, for a
three-month attachment at the China Hebei Tourism Academy College.
