Feb 20, 2021 Dr. George Dugan Wolf, age 97, Emeritus Pennsylvania State University Dean and Professor of American Studies and American Civilization, lifelong educator, Pennsylvania historian, Pennsylvania political analyst, author, Corporal in the United States Army, (E Company, 387th Infantry, 97th Division), World War II Army veteran, and seniors tennis player passed on Sunday, February 14, 2021 at Bethany Village in Lower Allen Township with his beloved daughters Susan and Linnie by his side. He was the widower of the former Margaret “Peg” Inez McNeil, who died in 2004. They were married 56 years. Born June 4 in Corry, Pennsylvania, he is the son of the late Norah Elizabeth Dugan and Sol Woodbridge Wolf, formerly of Williamsport, PA. He was preceded in death by his siblings, Ayelien Richards of Dublin, PA; Salle Peters of West Chester, PA; and Richard Wolfe of Cherry Hill, NJ.

A native of Wellsboro, where he began his career as a junior firefighter, Nagy holds a bachelor’s degree in Health Science and a Masters of Health Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Lock Haven University. For the last 16 years, he has worked as a volunteer firefighter and EMT/Paramedic. He currently is an ICU/operating room physician assistant at Penn State Health Holy Spirit Medical Center in Camp Hill. “As a . frontline healthcare worker, I look forward to giving back to my community in another way. Cumberland County man accused of leading police on high-speed chase in December 2020

Updated: 3:27 PM EST February 15, 2021 CUMBERLAND COUNTY, Pa. Lower Allen Township Police have charged a suspect accused of failing to yield at a traffic stop and eluding police in a high-speed chase on Route 581 in Dauphin County late last year. Christopher L. Walton, 29, of Camp Hill, is charged with fleeing and eluding police, reckless driving, and driving under a suspended license after an investigation of the Dec. 16, 2020 incident, police say. Police say investigators traced the vehicle s registration and made contact with its primary driver, who was not cooperative. Police say they obtained a search warrant for her phone, and discovered evidence that Walton had been using her vehicle at the time of the alleged incident.
