A statewide Silver Alert is being issued for a missing Sheboygan woman who was last seen Wednesday morning. 83-year-old Agnes Clara Leubner has not been since 10 a.m. on the 1300 block of Clara Avenue in Sheboygan. Authorities say she was supposed to meet friends for lunch in the Town of Sheboygan around 11 a.m. but never showed up. Authorities say she may have gotten lost due to the amount of road construction in the area and her current whereabouts are unknown. Agnes has visited casinos in Green Bay and Menomoniee in the past.

Officials say she was supposed to meet a friend for lunch in the town of Sheboygan around 11 a.m. but never showed up. They believe she may have gotten lost due to the amount of road construction in the area.
