Landowners in a Northumberland town want to transform a band hall into two homes. According to the planning application submitted to Northumberland County Council, the applicant is looking to transform the band hall on Comb Hill Road in Haltwhistle to create two houses for market. The agent acting on behalf of the applicant is Daniel Armstrong Associates, who are based at the Corbridge Business Centre. They hope that the Band Hall, which is no longer in use, can be converted into two, two-bedroom homes across two stories. Though there are currently zero parking bays by the band hall, the proposed development will see two spaces created on-site.
