In reporting about Caitlyn Jenner’s first campaign ad after Jenner announced her candidacy for California Governor, my colleague Sister Toldjah referenced Jenner’s remarks about trans athletes competing against biological girls:
Jenner, who in 1976 won the Olympic gold medal in the men’s decathlon event, told the reporter the issue was a “question of fairness” and that biological boys should not be allowed to play in girls’ sports.
“It’s a question of fairness,” Jenner stated. “I oppose biological boys who are trans competing in girls’ sports in school. It just isn’t fair, and we have to protect girls’ sports.”

Last year, our Managing Editor Jennifer Van Laar exposed some legal, but ethically-challenged contributions to certain vulnerable Democrat Assemblymembers, after their “Yes” vote on AB5. The same type of ethically-challenged types of contributions appear to be passing between elected state Democrats and the California Democrat Party, on to Governor Hair Gel’s Stop the Republican Recall Committee.
According to my campaign savvy friends, no candidate or elected official is required to contribute to its party. I am sure it’s nice when they do, but this amount of giving to the party outside of an active election cycle is highly unusual, and highly suspect.

Yesterday, the Recall Gavin Newsom effort had enough signatures officially verified to force a Recall election. Naturally, Newsom and his sycophants are frothing at the mouth, and of course, money from their pockets funds the machinations to prevent an actual election from happening.
After the announcement, Governor Hair Gel sent out a tweet about fighting this dire (allegedly) Republican-led, right-wing coup:
This Republican recall threatens our values and seeks to undo the important progress we’ve made from fighting COVID, to helping struggling families, protecting our environment, and passing commonsense gun violence solutions.
