One Onalaska Hilltopper is headed for the Black Hills of South Dakota, making his college-level dreams official.
Victor Desmond put pen to paper to sign his letter of intent to play at Black Hills State Tuesday.
The Hilltopper will be headed to Spearfish, South Dakota to play for the Division 2 school in the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference
The future Yellow Jacket hopes he can build on his game, and play professionally over seas once his time up north is over.
But before then, he’s excited to take on the next level, despite the challenges the pandemic left on his recruiting process.
