CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCSC) - The Charleston Technical Review Committee says downtownâs Fire Station #8 will soon undergo renovations.
The historic station was located on Huger Street in downtown Charleston but records show it is closed for now. Photo evidence shows the original station had a steam fire engine and a chemical engine, along with the horses required to pull the wagons. (Source: City of Charleston)
