Suspect had outstanding warrants for two separate incidents

ROCHESTER HILLS, Mich. – A 30-year-old Pontiac man was arrested for an incident of indecent exposure at a Rochester Hills Meijer that took place around 10:45 a.m. on Jan. 2, police say.
According to police, three women made complaints stating they witnessed the suspect, David Dexter Watkins, expose his erect penis.
One of the woman said he asked her to look at it while she shopped. Watkins was eventually located by police and identified by the victims.

(WXYZ) â Southfield police say a man has been arrested and charged in relation to a carjacking and shooting death of a man late last month.
Police say they arrived at the home around 8 p.m. and found a man suffering from gunshot wounds in the driveway of the home.
Police identified and later arrested Tyron Miguel Turner Jr.
The Oakland County Prosecutor s Office has charged Turner with felony murder, felony firearms and carjacking. He is being held without bond.

8-year-old girl shot in head dies, charges against sibling expected to be updated

SOUTHFIELD, MI An 8-year-old girl who was shot in the head earlier this week has died. According to Fox 2 Detroit, the girl died after spending several days in the hospital following the shooting which took place Sunday evening.
The girl’s brother, 20-year-old Gyasi Stribling was charged Wednesday with assault with intent to do murder and felony firearm in connection to the shooting. Those charges are expected to be amended by the Oakland County Prosecutor’s Office now that the girl has died.
The shooting took place at an apartment complex Sunday night around 7 p.m. Police have not shared much information regarding the shooting, including details on why Stribling allegedly shot the girl. The Southfield Police Department is expected to hold a press conference on the shooting in the near future.

SOUTH LYON, Mich. (AP) - A 19-year-old suspect has been arrested in the slaying of a suburban Detroit teenager gunned down in a shooting that also left his father in critical condition, police said Friday.
South Lyon police said the Oakland County Sheriff’s Office assisted in early Friday’s arrest of the suspect in Wednesday’s killing of Dylan Stamper, 17, and the wounding of Kevin Stamper, 43.
The suspect turned himself in early Friday and could be arraigned on charges by the end of the weekend, Sgt. Chris Faught told the Detroit Free Press.
19-year-old arrested in South Lyon teen s homicide
South Lyon A 19-year-old has been arrested in the shooting death Wednesday of 17-year-old Dylan Stamper and the wounding of his father, Kevin.
The suspect turned himself in Friday morning, police said, and could be arraigned before Monday. He is being held at the Oakland County Jail.
South Lyon Police Sgt. Chris Faught said officers were already responding to a 9-1-1 call from a woman in the Stamper home about a potential break-in around 9 p.m. when they were notified that shots had been fired.
The son and father were found in the living room, not far from the front door of the house in the 300 block of Liberty Street.
