For the first time in more than a year, San Francisco bars can serve drinks indoors without offering meals and patrons slowly found their way to their favorite watering holes over the weekend.
The momentous change happened Friday, days after San Francisco reached the yellow tier, the least restrictive in California’s color-coded reopening system. Until then, bars could reopen only if they served food in addition to drinks.
2nd Suspect Arrested In Tulsa Child Neglect Case
Tulsa Police arrested a second suspect involved in a child abuse and neglect case.
Xavier Miller was arrested around 11 a.m. Friday morning.
On Thursday, police arrested 24-year-old Breanna Miller who they said brought her two-month-old baby to the hospital with rib fractures. Police said Xavier is the child’s father.
Officers said Breanna claimed the injuries were an accident, but doctors reported the injuries were from physical abuse.

Court records show 24-year-old Breanna Miller brought her two-month-old baby to the hospital with multiple rib fractures.

There is also an arrest warrant for the baby’s father, 25-year-old Xavier Miller. He is not in custody at this time.
