View Comments Thousands of dollars worth of tools were stolen from Pensacola Habitat for Humanity work trucks overnight Thursday into Friday. Staff arrived to work Friday morning to find that three trucks two box trucks and one landscaping truck  parked at the organization s main office at 300 W. Leonard St. had been broken into, and many of the tools Habitat uses to build homes for families had been stolen. About $3,000 worth of tools were missing, according to a news release from Habitat asking for the public s help in finding the stolen tools. Among the missing tools are a Stihl chainsaw, Husqvarna chainsaw, Craftsman trimmer, a pneumatic nailer, drills, gas cans, batteries and other items.
