Jimmy Uso Released From Jail Earlier This Morning ); Uso, whose real name is Jonathan Fatu, was pulled over by the Escambia County Sherriff’s department after he blew through a red light and was driving well above the speed limit. When the officer approached the vehicle, he smelled alcohol and asked Jimmy to step out, which he did. When the officer asked him if he had been drinking, Uso admitted to drinking “multiple” beers before getting behind the wheel. He was then given a breathalyzer and blew a .202 and .205. The legal limit in Florida is .08. He was then arrested and cited for DUI, speeding, and running a red light. His bond was set at $500 and he remained in the Escambia County Jail overnight.
