St. Martinville, LA – YoungBoy Never Broke Again appeared before Magistrate Judge Scott Johnson via video from the St. Martin Parish jail on Thursday (April 15) and reportedly entered a not guilty plea in his federal weapons case. According to
WBRZ, the Louisiana native pleaded not guilty to one count of felon in possession of a firearm and one count of possession of an unregistered firearm.
YoungBoy was arrested in Los Angeles last month following a dramatic foot chase involving a helicopter and the Los Angeles Police Department’s K9 unit. The 21-year-old father of seven was wanted on a federal warrant related to his September 2020 arrest on drugs and weapons charges and reportedly skipped out on mandated drug tests.

Defense lawyer Rodney Messina represented Tate at the time. I don t know what the jury found except that they had to agree with the police because of what the testimony was from the officers, Messina said.
