Officials saw this disaster coming and ordered everyone out, but flash floods have killed at least seven people in the arkansas last weekend. Michelle miller is there. Reporter the black river spilled across pocahontas, arkansas, after heavy rains breeched a levee. About 50 homes have been destroyed and up to 100 homes and businesses damaged.
