Marketing and PR agency Astley Media has sailed into 2021 with a fresh rebrand, exciting portfolio of new clients and a call for more talent to join the team.
The full service agency, which won the CIPR South of England Outstanding Small Public Relations Consultancy Gold Award just six years after launching in 2011, and again in 2019, has secured three significant new clients in recent weeks, East Devon Council, the Heart of the South West Digital Skills Partnership and the international data insight and business intelligence company Ikano Insight.
The rebrand and growth of the agency reflects its growing expertise for ‘players in the tech sector’ including technology firms, support organisations, local and regional government and other B2B organisations across key sectors. The team is also currently recruiting for three new roles, including an Account Manager and Account Executives.

The event toasted the achievements of the sector across a variety of categories including areas of innovation, sustainability, and growth. The awards also recognized the efforts of the individuals who work within the industry.
Ian Wright, the Federation’s Chief Executive, said: “Every year, the FDF Awards is inundated with high calibre entries from across our industry. For 2020 the judging was particularly challenging, as every single entrant played a crucial role in feeding our country during the pandemic.
CREATIVE pupils at an Inverclyde secondary school got involved in a real-life design project. Young people in S2 at Port Glasgow High teamed up with Finlaystone Country Estate to make flyers for next year s Christmas events. Pupils used their investigative skills to research 2021 activities and put their artistic skills to good use to create the colourful posters. The young people also got the chance to decide on the best flyers and Finlaystone provided family memberships as prizes for the winners. Cara McMinn took first prize, Emma McLeod was second and Keira Smith was third. Business education teacher John Burns, who led the young people in the project, said: This has been an excellent project with Finlaystone.
