New Delhi [India], April 9 (ANI): India s only startup to offer used-car leasing in corporate and retail segment PumPumPum has secured Rs 5.5 crore pre-series A funding led by Inflection Point Ventures.
It plans to utilise the capital for category disruption, consumer awareness, technology development, brand building and expansion.
The startup endeavours to empower smart car ownership for Indian millennials by providing cars as a service and ensuring safety, affordability, flexibility and minimised liabilities. Car leasing and subscription is fast catching pace in the country and has a great future ahead, said Founder and Chief Executive Officer of PumPumPum Tarun Lawadia.

India: Social media analytics startup Circus Social raises funding

Social media analytics startup, Circus Social, on Friday said that the company has raised $1 million as a part of its pre-Series A round led by Inflection Point Ventures.
Other marquee investors including Ganesh Mohan, head of strategy, Bajaj Finserv; Samit Shetty, chief executive officer, Navi FinServe Pvt. Ltd; Royston Tay and Kwok Yang Bin, co-founders of Zopim; and Srinivasan Venkita Padmanabhan, president of Olam Group, also participated as a part of this fundraise.
The Singapore and Bengaluru-based startup helps brands and businesses get actionable business insights from social and digital data in real time through deploying big data, artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) algorithms.
