The State Fair of Louisiana is back! The State Fair opens today with its first-ever Spring edition running now through May 9. This weekend Shreveport-Bossier welcomes native son Frank Foster for one big throwdown Saturday night. The show is free with fair admission.
Over the years, Foster has brought his raucous down-home, honky-tonk, straight-up country to his legion of fans who have become known as the FF Nation.
Foster broke into the music scene in 2011 with his first album, Rowdy Reputation, followed by his second album,
Red Wings and Six Strings, in 2012. Foster’s next three albums all debuted on the Billboard Country Charts.
