Strategy (Global and Country - CSP AOP)
Serve as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to Regional and Country leaders; consult with leaders to develop and execute their Talent Strategy, guide the execution of HR programs, processes, communications, and strategic initiatives.
Work with Country Directors and HRM’s in assigned region to support the development and execution of the Country Strategic Plans and Annual Planning across assigned area.
Supporting assigned countries in the development of innovative and diverse partnership/funding opportunities for revenue growth.
Provide inputs and recommendations to Global HR Planning and Strategy Development and implementation of the same.

The Government has introduced a new Global Talent visa and Temporary Activity visa. It will modernise the framework for individual tax residency to encourage relocation to Australia.

finalise the implementation of the Corporate Collective Investment Vehicle regime
establish a more efficient licensing regime for foreign financial service providers
review the tax treatment of venture capital to examine whether current arrangements are creating incentives for additional investment and genuine early stage Australian startups.

Coming off the back of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Treasurer cited a need to maintain an avid focus on the nation’s economic recovery, with a commitment to supporting jobs and essential services of utmost importance.
“The COVID-19 recession will see our deficit reach $161 billion this year, falling to $57 billion in 2024-25. With more Australians back at work, this year’s deficit is $52.7 billion lower than was expected just over six months ago in last year’s budget,” Josh Frydenberg said.

What Is the Existing Process?
As a leader or potential leader in arts and culture, academia, research or digital technology, under the U.K.’s post-Brexit points-based immigration system, you can apply for a Global Talent visa to live and work in the U.K. for five-year periods. This route requires a successful application to one of the six endorsing bodies with responsibility over your field (Arts Council England, the British Academy, Royal Society, Royal Academy of Engineering, Tech Nation and UK Research and Innovation (UKRI)).
