Rajasthan Consumer Co-op to provide masks at cheaper rates
Rajasthan Cooperative Consumer Union will provide N-95 masks to the people for Rs 20 and surgical masks for three rupees.
The state Cooperative Minister UdaiLal Anjana said on Tuesday that in view of the second wave of the Corona global epidemic, the Cooperative Consumers Union has decided to provide high quality five-layer N-95 and three-layer surgical masks to the public at affordable rates.
He said that it is necessary to apply a mask of high quality to prevent corona.

With three assembly bypolls scheduled to be held in April, leaders from across parties have been holding huge election meetings and addressing rallies in Rajasthan s Bhilwara, Churu and Rajsamand.
The Rajasthan government led by Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot has announced stricter Covid-19 guidelines with night curfew timings extended by an hour in 10 cities including Jaipur, Jodhpur, Udaipur and Bhilwara.
The election schedule of Primary Level Milk Producers cooperatives has been announced. The elections in 31 districts of Rajasthan will be held between 18 January to 31 March.
Rajasthan Cooperative Minister Udailal Anjana said, “For strengthening the cooperative societies, elections of primary dairy producer cooperatives have been announced from January 18.
Elections will be held from January 18 to March 31 in over 7,996 primary milk producers’ cooperative societies in 31 districts of the state, Anjana said.
He also admitted that due to Covid-19, the elections of co-ops have been delayed. The co-op elections will be conducted through Rajasthan State Cooperative Election Authority.

Jaipur, Dec 23 (IANS): As the Rajasthan Congress gears up for a rejig soon, senior leaders have been lining up in Delhi to meet state Congress in-charge Ajay Maken to secure decent positions in the organisational structure as well as in political appointments to be announced in the next two months.
Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot and former Deputy CM Sachin Pilot are also expecting a lion s share in the rejig. In fact, all eyes are set to see who gets a bigger chunk in the rejig, said a Congress worker from the Gehlot camp on conditions of anonymity.
