Kenosha County Public Heath is reporting 16,057 total positive COVID-19 test results in Kenosha County as of Friday. That’s 11 more than Thursday. There have been 316 COVID-19 deaths in Kenosha County. Kenosha County Public Health is reporting 82,851 negative test results.
Wisconsin Department of Health Services is reporting a positive rate of 9,567/100,000 people and a 2 percent case fatality rate in Kenosha County as of Friday.
In Kenosha County, 45.94 percent of the population has had at least one dose of COVID-19 vaccination and 43.56 percent are fully vaccinated as of Thursday (the last day data was available), reports Kenosha County Public Health.

A mother and her 12-year-old daughter from Michigan were recognized on Saturday for their instrumental part in saving a local woman who was struggling in Lake Mary in Twin Lakes Thursday.
Twin Lakes Police Department Chief Adam Grosz called Jennifer and Maria Burlingame “true heros” and credited them with saving the life of Tina Krause, 51 of Twin Lakes at a recognition ceremony held Saturday morning at the village Police Station.
“They did a very brave and heroic thing,” Grosz said.

At about 7 p.m., Twin Lakes Fire and Rescue units and a Twin Lakes Police officer are responding to a report of a crash in the 1800 block of East Lakeshore Drive in Twin Lakes.
Per dispatch: This is being reported as a golf cart versus pedestrian crash.
UPDATE 7:10 p.m. Incident was on private property, police officer reports.
