Sam House will serve as vice president, and Ash Goldfarb will serve as senior financial analyst.
House will play an instrumental role in servicing owners of retail and office product types in acquisitions and dispositions, sale leaseback advisory, 1031 exchange advisory, and portfolio dispositions. House previously worked at STRIVE, a retail investment sales firm, representing real estate principals and developers in the acquisitions and dispositions of retail assets.
