Kaleidoscope Craft Brew Coffee to open brick-and-mortar location in Belleville
Located near Belleville s public square, the coffee shop will have a drive-thru and expand the footprint of the brand, known for its signature cold-brew coffee and vintage coffee trucks.

Kaleidoscope Craft Brew Coffee will open a storefront in the brandâs hometown of Belleville. The roastery, brewery, and mobile coffee barâs owners, Chris and Elizabeth Thele, have purchased a building near Lebanon Avenue and North Illinois Street, just five blocks from the public square in the heart of Belleville. While there s not an official opening date, Chris says the aim is to be open this fall.

Have you ever felt that sometimes the world changes so quickly that one day, you may not keep up? The world has changed yet again. Small to medium size businesses which have been running Exchange servers have been hit so hard that the viability of continuing to use such systems must be called into question.
The hack allegedly started a few months ago as an attack by the Chinese state-sponsored Hafnium group, and quickly escalated into a global hacking frenzy as Exchange servers worldwide were compromised. The servers breached are not just businesses’ though, with many charities, medical facilities and government servers being hacked too.

Alibi Cookies is set to close a deal on its second storefront, an as-yet-undisclosed location in The Grove. Owner Mike Evans hopes to finalize a lease on the space in the coming days, with a target opening date in April.

Evans launched Alibi Cookies in summer 2020 and made a splash with the bakeryâs CookieBot vending machine. The machine popped up at a few venues, did a longer stint at Tamm Avenue Bar, and now sits on the sidewalk outside Alibiâs current location, at 1136 Tamm. The CookieBot keeps cookies warm, maintaining a fresh-out-of-the-oven flavor and providing a socially distanced, convenient option for customers.
