The city says it is looking into an incident at the Thunder Bay City Hall bus terminal.
That’s where a security guard is seen taking a picture of two homeless men who seemed to be sleeping on a bench.
The Facebook posting indicates others nearby were laughing.
City Manager Norman Gale notes “This matter is being investigated and administration is following up with the company who provides security at City Hall, and also with City staff who were present.”
Officials say additional security was added at city hall because of bus driver complaints of aggressive behavior by some people.
