Manila Mayor Francisco “Isko Moreno” Domagoso said that the Certificate of Analysis (COA) for the vaccines has been received by the city government.
The vaccination in the city was halted for about five days due to the lack of COA “as part of the quality assurance and safety prior to its use.”
The city government will use its purchased Sinovac vaccines which arrived on June 24.
“We will reach as many people as possible. We will protect as many people as possible, as soon as possible. We need protection, you need protection,” Domagoso said.
