Traffic and pedestrian impacts this week: Closures Colborne Street – Division to Chatham – closed until 7 p.m. Aug. 30 for construction staging. Garrett Street – near Division – closed until the end of September for construction staging for development projects on Division and Garrett. Local access is available via University.
